For the location in either Vienna, Austria, or in the region Bratislava, Slovakia or in the region of Prague, Czech Republic or in Vilnius, Lithuania, we are searching for an ambitious

PROJECT MANAGER (m/f)

In this position you are responsible for managing change with optimism and hands on attitude. Optimizing and solving issues to streamline processes and developments in the company. This includes the areas of digitalization, operations, commercial interests as well as communication and employee training. Your will become part of the global PMO team that represents positive and professional leadership in change situations.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

To act as project & change management ambassador in order to generate interest and coherence in processes amongst the international production centers and facilities

Modernize digitalization systems to implement efficient procedures throughout the Company

Realization of regional and international strategies

Issue and change management

Improvement of production lines and expansion of facilities and factories

Development of new product strategies in cooperation with the R&D department

Responsibility for the successful setup, planning, execution, control and completion of Projects

Your profile:

Master’s degree in the fields of business administration, project management or information technology.

Minimum of 3 years' real work experience as project manager in an international company.

Profound knowledge of project management trends and techniques such as Waterfall and Agile.

Certificates are welcome, but not as important as your proven track record.

Proficiency in English and Russian, any other language is an advantage.

Excellent negotiating and communication skills – emotional intelligence, resilience and a good sense of humor.

Out of the box mindset, leadership mentality as well as a team player – no “bosses”.

Action- and results-oriented way of working.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Readiness to travel within Europe and abroad (min. 30%).
